Best off road buggy for my $

I am in the market for a buggy/kart that has suspension. I want a 2 seater that will go at least 40-50mph and be able to climb some pretty good rocky hills with 20" or 22" 2 or 4 ply rear tires. I live in the DFW, TX area and also have a garage up in southern Oklahoma. Does anyone know of something like this for sale in my area? Also, what should I be looking for? What would be the best engine, TC, chain or belt and sprocket combo? I am not looking to spend over $1,000, but might go a little over for something bad ***! Hahaha! I know that dirt bike motors and things of that nature are best but those are hard to find already built and I am not interested in building my own.
