If you are using a #35 chain on your, go-kart....mini bike...or any other ride, I'm interested to know what brand chain you are using.

Does anyone use a favorite brand chain?
I'm trying to find out, what's the best brand #35 chain out there. At a reasonable price too.
Thanks.

I prefer Protaper PT415MX personally. Second to that SRT Branded 415

I prefer tractor supply chain. It’s cheap!
I insist on PT415MX for basically the same reason you insist only genuine Comet belts. I've had nothing but problems with TSC #41, cheap trash just can't handle the amount torque I seem to favor.

Not surprising, there is a big difference in the quailty and durability of chain. Chinese metalurgy isn’t what it is in the USA, driven by price no doubt.

TSUBAKI, Japanese quality chain. Our industrial transmission supplier won't stock cheap chain. You get what you pay for.
Used this chain on my modified GX390, never had any trouble with it.

The japs don't make junk, fact is they are beating as at our own game.
Tsubaki is one HUGE multinational company, they are into almost everything.

Just went out on a job this morning, the Company that manufactured the gate used 'budget chain' this snapped we got a phone call, we repaired, we said thankyou very much££££ customer a little poorer but happy.
I used to work for the company that made the gates, when the wrong person ordered chain stock, the engineers were for ever replacing that chain for the correct stuff, it would just snap.
