Not completely sure where I should post this but...
I was trying to figure out why my cart keeps throwing the chain and I think I may have found it. The axle is basically just a large (1/4"?) bolt welded onto a piece of square tubing and it looks like that bolt has cracked along the head causing the axle to bend up which throws off the alignment of the drive sprocket making it throw the chain. Any suggestions on how to fix this? I don't have a welder but that is all i've been able to come up with. Is that my only option or does some one else have an idea?
I uploaded pictures but I don't know how much help they are
