Belt size

Anyone know the factory belt size for a Firefox 620. I've googled it and alpha sports and atv parts only has the belt on the diagram but doesn't say size.

Measure the centre to centre distance between the driver and driven, and then look at this chart for the correct belt

Old belt is in good shape I changed the clutch and variator but the old one was super hard to get off. I know the belt should slide over the clutch and variator with hardly any stres but when I took this one off it was really tight and it's really tight trying to go back on it lacks about an inch and a half of meeting middle of variator.

Sounds like it is the wrong belt

AS landuse stated in his 1st post.. Measure from center to center and find the proper belt on the chart. It will at least help you to know if you have the correct one now or need to buy the proper one.
