Belt?clutch?

I already have a belt pulley on my engines shaft, should I get a clutch or stick with the pulley?

I would stick with the pulley. Is it a belt tensioner setup? Im gonna be doing that on my kart.

Belt clutches are real easy to setup and maintain. I did it on my buggy and haven't had any problems yet.

i have a 5hp lawnmower with one
and a 350hp PTO engine
so they are diverse and simple
