beer cooler kart help ?

Ok I'm slowly getting some parts together for my beer/coleman cooler kart...I've decided to go with a DAX 48cc 4 cycle engine...The engine will be mounted on top of a "Miami Sun" tricycle rear end...You know one of those bicycle to tricycle conversion kits....Anyway the trike axel is a 15mm and I dont want to go with 20" or 26" bike wheels in the back...Ive done some searching but with no luck so far...Can anyone tell me where in the world I can find some wheels and tires for this..Again I need the wheel to fit a 15mm axel..Thanks for any help...Oh anybody got any good and cheap ideas for steering...if not Im gonna go with a trike using front bicycle forks..thanks

I would get a real axel. Once you have that you can get regular hubs and tires to fit.

I know now that I should have done that but its too late I already have the trike conversion kit....I might have to buy some 15mm hollow hubs and have a bike shop build me a smaller wheel...
