I've been racing karts for quite awhile now and never heard of a race chassis named Beast. A google search didn't turn up any frame brand using that name but i did find a class of dirt oval shifterkarts raced in Tennessee called Beast karts, although they require roll cages: http://beastkart.tripod.com/Pages/techinfo.html
Many race kart brands look very similar but if you post some bigger pics from several different angles we might be able to figure out what brand/model yours is.
Your Nerf bars are the Oval racer style and any of the top 5 side panels listed in this link should fit ok:

Thank you, the only name on the cart is the beast carts name, they guy i bought it from said it was a prototype coyote cart but cant find any such markings, only the beast karts name brand, thank you for the link and will see what else i can find.

Whatever brand it is, it looks like a really nice kart probably made in the last 10 years or so.
Coyote karts usually have Serial# located on the frames rear caliper mount bracket.
