Sorry, I haven't figured out how to post a new thread yet.
I am building my first kart that may actually get completed. I have several issues to address at this time, such as steering geometry, tires, and rear axle mounting. The frame I am using was originally an "Electric Ox" electric lawnmower that I was scrapping for the metal, but after removing the body, I flipped it over and thought out loud "that looks like a go kart". Rack and pinion steering, sturdy stamped steel frame (better be sturdy, I weigh about 260 lbs.) I have a modified Stihl 440 chainsaw engine which was set up for a pocket bike. However I also have access to a running 50cc 5-speed pocket bike engine for $20. I am kinda up in the air about the rear axle mount, though. How do I post pictures from my hard drive?

Your paint skills are disgraceful. You are bringing shame upon this forum. Just kidding. It's rather tough if you have a laptop too.
