Im modding an x1 pocket bike with honda civic spare tires and rims to give it a bigger stance im stretching the front and rear and well i have a honda civic hub which has a 1.5inch shaft so i have a 1.5 inch pillow block bearing but its self aligning so it wont hold straight. is there a mod to make the bearing not self aligning? and do they even make pillow block bearings that aren't self aligning? i have seen mini bikes with single sided swingarms but never close enough to see how they did it,

Usually when you use pillow blocks, you use two of them. The "self aligning" feature assures that the two pillow blocks line up with each other. What you do is put the shaft in the bearings, then measure the correct location of the shaft. Then you attach the pillow blocks where they land.

Regarding your one sided swing arm, it would help to see a photo or diagram of what you want to do. I can see how you might do it with a pair of pillow blocks, but I don't know what your bike looks like.

there is only enough shaft on the hub to fit one bearing but here are some pis for illustration, also the swingarm is gonna be a steel plate 26x4x1/2 that the bearing will mount to
