if your batteries are 20V, then you only have two possibilities... powering the motor at 20V or 40V... not sure how you would power it at 24V without a complicated controller to limit the voltage...

That motor is going to draw over 40A on take off... dont think your drill batteries are going to handle that very well....

just saying...

the drill batteries will most likely have an overload protection and just cut off on the first try.

cheap ones do not have an overvolt protection, but AFAIK overtemp protection is obligatory for tools and laptop batteries.. so they'll cut off in about 2-3 seconds..

That's under load, free revving the motor will not draw more than maybe 1-2Amps I assume so to just test the motor your batteries should be fine.

No, you need either motorbike or car batteries (or if you want to spend more money... Lithium Cells)

I just want to make simplest small car for 1 person with about 25-30kmh speed, i want to make some kind of test version to see how i will work so im not planning to spend money, and if that car would work good i would upgrade it and buy better motor, bateries etc. So can anyone suggest me which motor would be good for that

If you are referring to the motor that turns the cooling fan for the radiator, then no, it wont work. It is designed to spin blades in open air, it will not have enough torque to move a cart.

Just remember that it is easier to fabricate a frame that is going to work if you know what the drivetrain is going to be. You could do the frame and then realise that the engine is too big or small for the frame you have made, etc
