A few years ago when I was 13 or 14, my dad had brought home some old windbreak boards to make a fence for our yard. My mom decided that it would be too much to do the whole yard so, I took the rest of the boards. I had been working alongside my dad doing carpentry since I could walk. Naturally I used what I had to make money So over two years, my "business" has been enough for me to NOT seek full time employment for the summer. Who wants to work every day? Any thoughts/feedback?

By the way, my mom really likes the old weathered look and it turns out a lot of people do.

Nice work Do you lacquer your pieces?

A former friend & I got into this some years ago but, it didn't last long; we did make a few pieces though, which gained us a bit of money...

However, I'm with landuse, I prefer the "new" look these days...

Very cool. I like the look of that barn wood. I would like to get a bunch of it, build a nice little shed.... would look cool I think.

Yeah, I have made a few picture frames. I have also done two standing mirrors.
