Hey guys. My name is Dusty and I am new to this forum. So to make a long story short and to the point, my wife's 101 years aunt died and we were cleaning out her house. We found a Yardster by Yard-man and is in incredible condition. I'm not exactly sure of the year but it is all there with good compression. Tonight, I am going to troubleshoot a "no spark" issue and give it a good inspection. I'm sure one of you have some good info on it.

Along with the Yardster we also found a 1981 Honda Express Moped, flawless condition.

I have never seen a more positive brake and throttle pedal on a kart before. There'll be no slipping-off-the-pedal braking or accelerating issues there... :D

Are those solid tires?

The quilt/blanket on the seat is a nice touch.

Nice Saab.

Yes the tires on the kart are solid.

I love my Saab. Just lowered it 35mm and put Koni yellows on it.

I actually dated a Girl in High School related to Lou Gehrig.

Poor guy "Died of Lou Gehrig's Disease", How did he not see that coming?

Got the yardster running. Had to replace the points and make a few adjustments. Ran almost a full tank of fuel with Seafoam through it. Ended up taking it around the block. I have a few OEM parts on the way too.

Drove it around the block?! Shouldn't this priceless thing be put on a pedestal or preserved in a hermetically sealed container? :worried2:

More photos please. We wanna know this kart inside and out--in a most carnal way (almost). :D

"You should put a Predator on it."

That's the forum's unofficial motto, as sad as that may be. Nice one, I'm stealing it. :D
