Band rubbing on drum brake

The band on my brake is rubbing against my drum before i hit the brake and was wondering if anyone had a quick fix? the whole band isn't rubbing against the drum, only the part i have the green arrow pointed at but i still don't like it.

It's gonna hit somewhere, it's not like it will just levitate there. As long as it isn't binding, it is fine.

Its normal.
Full sized cars experience the same thing by design.
