All right, got a bolt, put on clutch, and drove around the yard

it worked great> I'll add some pics later tonight. First, I want to make a list of all the money I spent on it, just to give people in the future an idea of costs!
Baja...
$50
Throttle/brake set...
$10
Pull start...
$10 (wanted a red one)
10 ft of 420 chain...
$19
Throttle cable...
$5
Seat and front axle...
$45
Predator 212...
$107
Decals...
$15
OEM brake lever...
$10
A few other bolts here and there, oil, paint, etc...let's say
$15-20?
Grand total...about $290, give or take
That's a decent amount of money,
but, seeing as the absolute
cheapest Baja I have found around here in a 5-6 hour radius, that's pretty darn good I think. (That $290 is also with a brand new engine on it, and the $300 for the ones I've seen was with a most likely "used and abused" engine on it). The $290 is also not taking into account the fact that compared to the others I've seen, mine has almost all new parts on it.
*I think my math is right...I'm sure I forgot a few things here and there, but that was close to everything!
**I am not counting the $65 for the engine work and the $9 new carb in all this, as I intend to get some, if not most, of that back. It still hurts over that one, and we are looking at what, 350 or so if you add that in? Even if you do, I bet I can sell the engine for $40-50, and regain some of those costs.
