baja dn 250

Im new to the forum and need some help. I just bought this buggy and im looking to get some performance parts for it, such as performance cdi and clutch upgrades but im not really sure what motor it has. Any help would be greatly appreciated.. Possibly a link or two to some parts suppliers ?

Its a baja dn 250, I cant seem to find parts for it. I need brake pads and would like to get some performance parts.

Was just able to figure out its a honda cn250 engine, I was also able to find a performance cdi for it but still looking for brake pads. What size sliders / and clutch should I get ?

Nice ride. Indeed it uses the cn250. Not as many upgrades for that engine as there is for the gy6 150.

They quit making that buggy after just a few years. If you plan on keeping it, be on the look out for a parts buggy. You can get some info and parts here... http://www.sycpowersports.com/ - ask for Tom or here http://www.knmgarage.com/

Thank you for the great links !! I also bought a new TM XRX 150 with the gy6, I'm crossing my fingers to have it within the next 10-14 days. If I upgrade the 150 will it out perform the 250 with minimal upgrades ? I bought the 250 for my son and I to cruise but after riding it and having some fun it made me buy another.. LOL

I bought the performance cdi and sliders already for the gy6..

Yes a modded gy6 will out perform a 250cc.
