I GMed my old house one time. Did the satelite view. When I zoomed in I saw what appeared to be an old man sunbathing (nude) on the roof of the neighbors house nextdoor. Weird thing is that house had belonged to a young couple for the 5 years we lived there... and I know it was from when we lived there cause my truck was in my driveway in the satelite view... scariest thing I've ever seen.

Well.....5 years ago....I didn't know anyone could see me up there.....:lolgoku:

My house resembles a complex outside of Waco....and years back someone kept pounding on my front door and I kept answering: "Swat? Swat's not here man....."

No....man...Dave's not here either man....He's down around Waco....some Branch Dividian thing....

This is just like hanging out with my real life friends. "Hey, Derick, how's that backyard trac...squirrel! Man, I want some cake. Do you know a good dog groomer?" lol

I did a screen grab with my tablet and cropped it down and added the lines in LectureNote. Then did another screenshot and saved that.

What kind of space would you guys like to have from the edge of your track to permanent objects (e.g. trees) and other sections of the track (sections of the track where karts could meet head on)?

I did some bush hogging, but still haven't got the drone out. I'll actually have a lot smaller course until fall. There is some brush that needs to be burned off and some thickets that needs a chainsaw and box, but as I killed one copper head and like to have messed myself stepping over a black racer, I'll save that for a cooler season. lol

I'll get a marked up layout as it sets right now in just a bit.

here is the update on what I have to work with until the fall. I'm thinking I may just stick to "lap time" racing for now.

-The green circles with brown cross hatch are trees that are small (maybe a trunk a 1' in dia.) but are low to the ground and have foliage that sticks out a bit.
-The green circles with green lines are the thickets that are just going to take a little work to remove (during none snake season).
-The blue lines is an area were the ground elevation drops pretty quick and is kind of rough. I might be able to disc and box that area flat but will probably be better off just renting a Bobcat and doing some other work and clear some more under brush off.
-The tree in the top left that needs to be removed is probably 10 foot up from where the actual tree line starts. It looks almost like four small trees growing out of the same set of roots.

Dirt lots owned by the gov is awesome because no one cares if you play on it.The red lines are dirt bike trails as well as the night trucks that comes out to play on it .We see them out there in trucks jumping and driving 2 3 am in the morning .My little brother liked to chase them with the other buggy he could blow them away teens driving the trails at night with little toyota pick ups and ford rangers. On the map from K to L is a mile

Doing some test runs. I'm currently searching for old tires to make a few "walls" and definitely need to rent a Bobcat and brake out the chainsaw to clean up some areas.

No, I don't plan on going under that tree all the time...but that was the ill advised kid in me.

Old tyres shoud be easy to source; tyre shops need to pay to dispose of old tyres; I'm sure they wouldn't mind you saving them some money by taking them off their hands for free...
