i was trying to pull the cover off the side of the engine...i didnt have a mallet laying around so i used a hammer and striked the engine and knocked a hole in the engine any idea on how to fix it....????

Do you mean you knocked a hole through the side cover? Or through another part? Please clarify.

Can you just buy a new side cover?

Yea and no I dont have the peice anymore but I have another completely intact same model engine but with broken bolts 2 in head an 1 in the crankshaft so im going to but a bolt extractor kit an c how that works

Yup, that block is toast. Sorry.

yea thought so..ill rip the crankshaft out and the piston out(sucks been trying for hour and still cant get them out) and the valves and then just chuck the case

pull the flywheel, and the head. Then remove con rod and piston. now crank and cam should slide out.

Before you do all that, get rid of all metal hammers in your shop
