So figured I would start a project log of my ( and a buddies) trike build.
Joined the forum a while back to get help on a carb issue on my kart. Everyone was very helpful and got issue resolved. Only problem.... haven't driven the kart since fixing it. So bull****ing around with a buddy of mine at work and he stumbles upon sfd industry's drift trike. And well one thing lead to another.
We are both going build "twin" trikes. Each will have the same engine and drive train but slight variations on the framing. 1) because he is taller he is using the larger bike frame 2) because we both like slightly different designs. But at first glance that will look almost the same
B.S.3 is our little nickname for the project (last initials, and 3 for.... well hopefully you can guess that part)
To start the project I had to mountain bikes that were victims of hurricane Sandy. Gutting them and working off of that. Going to use a 212cc predator. Here is what we have so far.
