Azusa posi stop mechanical brake?

Does anyone have any pictures of an Azusa posi stop mechanical disk brake caliper (AZ1822) setup looks like on a go kart or any other riding device looks like?
I would like to see how it's setup before I would buy that brake system. I looked all over everywhere but I can't find any pics.

What's so strange about this Azusa brake system, is that I see it for sale on websites. Meaning that people must be buying them,
but I can't find any pictures of it anywhere. I've even posted this question on another forum and got no response.
I guess I'll continue looking

Looks pretty straight forward, you mount the body in such a position that you can actuate the lever that applies force to the pads to squeeze the disk. It is odd there are no photos of it mounted, I'll grant you that.

If I’m not mistaken it does not work as well as the Airheart/Chineseum one. But can’t tell you anymore.
