Can anyone tell me a good strong live axle I can buy I see some for 20 bucks and some for 80 bucks what is a good strong axle to buy for a heavy gokart and a heavy rider

A piece of 1" keyed steel shaft will do, depending on your application you may need to up a size, but the components will need to be sized accordingly. Also, Those parts might be rare or don't exsist, so you may need to machine your own.

Just buy the steel and have a keyway machined in it for you.

I suggested buying it with the machined key, as most shop will charge you shop rate and likely cost about $100+.

it all depends on where you are..

it's not only the keyway,the ends should be machined as well.. so it might be easy (DIY) it might be cheap (friend) or it may be expensive and thus pointless (some shops)

an azusa flexpruf costs like 50 USD...

why bother?
