Does anyone know what type of axle this is? And does it look like I need a new one?

I bought this go kart for 120 it turns out only one wheel spins and the other one doesn't so my question is can I just buy a new hub and would it work? And how would I measure it? Or do I have to buy a new axle

There is a hub that should fit on the splines on the axle? The splines look like they are toast.

Its hard to tell, but there might be enough meat there to put in a keyway on the hub...
Equally speaking there's plenty on the shaft... with a key in place.. thatll fix it.

Okay thank you I'll probably end up buying the part for it I took the tires off of my at and I can use those for the mean time.

Okay well I used it with the at tires and it felt faster but it bogs down a lot like if I start doing donuts if I drift a little or if I simply go to fast for to long or do sharp turns it bogs down like It doesn't accelerate and it turns off but when I turn it on it turns on instantly but only when I have the choke on. I disconnected the low oil sensor but I haven't removed the governor. It has 5w30 synthetic royal purple oil it has a .36 jet and k and n style air filter.
