Fabricate something up. Carter is out of business therefore making parts difficult to find if not impossible. Try a generic/standard axle and modify it. You'll have to get creative at this point.

Wow... I now can see why it broke.....
Im not too sure why they would put so much free unsupported length out there.......
Most normally produced karts/buggies have the outer bearing from the frame close to the wheel as possible....

I must say I'm having trouble visualizing how this thing is supposed to look when it's put together, especially with those two shock absorbers bolted on.

Well like I said... theres you problem...... Id just make new struts to make them in place, solid... no movement...

I probably should have said Its been ago 20 years since ive own a go kart and I mean the old thunder karts with 1 wheel peel... I am by NO MEANS a master mechanic..... I do know my way around a toolbox but making things frm scratch is way out of my league.... im going to give it a go if it doesn't work then on to the next....... THANKS FOR ALL THE HELP AND INPUT✌
