thanks KieranM, I watch alot of youtube partners and studdy the formats that they use, but alot of the stuff are extras that they use that only partners get. That sucks. I am happy though about the 15 mins thing because I have it in mind (maybe next summer) to build something that will bave some speed. I want to do a video of me driving around town at night, but I wont be taking any chances I want speed and silance. I need to build a Ninja Kart....well I would like to. I'm now starting to studdy muflers.

T-Man, got my Go-Pro last Thursday, but I have yet to able to edit or even view any tests I have made. Quick Time won't play them, Windows Movie Maker crashes all the time on me, Never tried to use it before now.

I think I have another whole learning curve in front of me trying to figure out how to make them. I suspect my laptop is too old (6 years) using XP with upgrade 3. :mad2:

Funny thing is, I have no problem at all watching any videos off you-tube. Doesn't make sense, unless they get severely compressed after being uploaded to you tube. :toetap05:

You probably are using a newer computer than me to process your stuff?

Any recommendations for a site to learn? I found one called Windows Movie Maker, but unless I can get running, its not much use to me.:rolleyes3:

hey Grizz, glad to hear you got the Go Pro, Small arnt they. I had some problems trying to get my windows movie maker going also. I had to google it and find an up to date version. and download. also when loading a vid into it be sure to " import " it. since you can watch videos on youtube, that is where I learned most of the stuff. search youtube for " Windows Movie Maker, fx, effects". also " cut and past" " editing " that sort of stuff.
also try to set your default viewer to windows media player. Quick Time can be testy sometimes.
plug in your camera, find your video, put your curser over it and "RIGHT click" ..... go down to " open with " then over to "windows media player" one more thing is to shut down every IE window that you have up, movie maker uses alot of ram/prosesor power so when it comes time to edit a video dont be on the net, well at least with a 6year old laptop.
hopes this helps let me know.

T-Man, I couldn't believe how small they are. Once it is out of its waterproof case, it looks like something my grandson would bring home from the Dollar store.

I'll check out everything you mentioned. Hopefully will have video soon. :sifone:
