Are Hilliard Extreme Duty clutch's any good?

I was wondering if hilliard extreme duty clutch's where any good im putting it on a briggs 5 hp engine with no governor XD.

yeah just oil em n stuff and ur good. ur gonna have to have a threaded hole in the end of the crank shaft to mount it. I had to drill and tap one for my kart. Is so u can put bolt and washer to hold it on
