I see that they are but I think some could actually work on a custom build. Although I would like to see a 32 Ford Roadster body for a full size kart. I have a fiberglass dodge ram body in my shop right now that I am repairing and painting for a friend. It fits on a full size 2-seater but I don't know where it came from.

Those would make pretty decent gasser rat rod barstool racers. Or gasser resembling wagons for the lil toddlers. Good find.

That's kinda what I had in mind Texas. Maybe an electric powered kart with a Razor motor for toddlers.

I like that '32 looks nice. I would want one without the fenders and a chopped top on it. Not really worth pursuing at this point. It's just a like to have kind of thing. I don't really know what I would do with it after I built it. I wouldn't want to ride it everywhere and get it all dirty and scratched because I'm talking going all out and making this thing look show worthy with golf cart rims and all... Anyways here's a picture of the dodge ram body that I'm working on right now.

:iagree: and it's possible..... I'm going to make with and with out the fenders and running boards, when I get to that time. And I too, want a "chopped" top, so looking at that as an option as well. I found a couple "panel beaters" that said they would lend a hand, if needed and when the time comes. I will be making these, on a as ordered basis, when I finally start. I plan on building a street version. Yes, street legal kart, or "mini-car".... It just won't be cheap.... So it waits on the back burner as I collect needed supplies and make contacts in the business world (to bend frame component's in bulk quantities) and so on... I like the dodge. I have an 04 2500 quad cab....

A mini street legal version... Now there's an idea. What do you register and insure something like that under? And some states like this one require yearly inspections I guess with the proper tires and lighting it could be street legal. I just don't know how to do the "legal" part. Lol

It gets titled as a custom build. Everything, I mean everything has to be DOT legal. Tires, glass, seat belts, mirrors, bumper height, lights, ect.... Just read your local dmv laws.... It's in there.... Guineas book of world records lists smallest street legal car is in Texas, and a LOT smaller than my '32....
