Anyone recognize these brakes?

I have an ancient kart with drum brakes..It looks like the pads are completely gone inside the drum..Anyone recognize these or know if any parts might be available?...If not what would be an easy setup to convert to?

Brake drum appears to be mounted using an Azusa "Vari-hub", which leads me to believe that brakes are made by Azusa. Check catalog HERE
It is a PDF file. Look at page 18.

I finally got the hub off and the brakes apart..I would say Russ2251 is correct that it is a vari-hub but I can't seem to match up the brake shoes with anything..It appears to be a 6 inch brake drum(measures 5 7/8ths with my tape measure)...

I am looking for the same brake shoes as well for that set up & i have no idea what this is called. You are missing a spring for the other side of the shoe,s btw.
