Anyone help? What's a security token?

I'm trying to upload images of my finally finished kart, however after trying, a new window opens saying: security token missing, upload failed.

Anyone know what to do and how to avoid this problem?

Yeah, I have send admin a message stating the problem but have not yet had a reply, so I thought posting a quick message here may help. I've never actaully tried to attach image/videos.... so I didn't know what to expect. I have been searching through the forum on posting pics, but nothing of this problem arises.

Just finally finished my kart and can't wait to post some pics, so I was a bit despirate.

Lots of us here prefer to use a free off-site photo hosting site like Photobucket: http://photobucket.com/
You just sign up, upload your pics and then copy/paste the pics image code right into your post back here at DIY.
