Anyone have any info on kart transmissions

I fixed what it came out of and i also came across these new for $180.00 and if you look at videos on youtube i have found a few even one with this transmission and they made a mini monster truck with it with 4 wheel drive even...........

Pro-Gear T7511 5-Speed transmission replaces Peerless 700-079, Ariens/Gravely 04901000/49010.

I think it would be far cheaper and a lot easier to build a motor mount for a motorcycle engine. Find an older Japanese bike being sold as a project and stick the motor on your cart. I found an RD 350 for free. I'm not gonna stick it on a cart, but I bet you could easily. I bet an 80cc dirt bike motor would be a blast!
