That's kind of like asking 'what's the best car'; you're going to get 100 different answers.
We don't know what your budget is, your riding experience, where you will ride, etc. More info might help.

It'll be used, so it won't be to much, but there's a lot of em' out there. Riding experience is pretty good. Trails and gravel travel. I just want to know what people think of different brands. The 100 different answers will help also. Any comment will help.

I seriously doubt you got an '85 Quadrunner 230 to go 80mph.
That post was seriously painful to read.
Also, I don't know anyone who would recommend a Chinese quad over a Polaris? Polaris is considered higher end than Honda or similar, they have an excellent reputation.

Basically, any four stroke quad (or even trike) in the 200cc-300cc range from any of the big five manufacturers is a good start. Save the big bore thumpers and two strokes until you've got a lot of riding experience under your belt.

Yeah I'm not a big fan of 2-strokes anyways. I've been lookin at the Honda 250 300 and 400 ex four wheelers.

Honda Suzuki and kawa ain't Chinese brands they're Japanese

I would consider Honda the best
Not the fastest but the best for money
Any thing Honda makes is reliable

Actual Chinese aint in any compation
The frames are soft steel the rust protetion is not there
The engines are unreliable and detuned clones of what the name brands have

Polaris and cam am I'd consider up there in performance
But in paticular the cam and there is too many electronics
ATVs are for off road
Offroad has water
Water in some electronics and u have a $15000 boat anchor

Get a second hand Japanese brand preferably Honda
There is a good reason they are so common

I wanna see this 230 cc 80 mph quad

It feels like I do 80 on our Kawasaki 360 quad but then I get overtaken by my dad doing 50 in a 4x4
