Anybody recognize this thing?

Hi everyone, curious if any of you know what this little beast is.

I picked it up for 50 bucks (cdn) and haven't a clue about it. I guess I'm a sucker for a 50 dollar mini bike. Something about it just kinda drew me to it, haven't seen anything like it.

Would love to fix it up but haven't a clue what to look for part wise when I don't know what I have to begin with.

Any input would be much appreciated.

that engine kinda reminds me of old italian mopeds..
Minarelli .. Benelli .. Moto Morini

could you add somemore pics perhaps?
let's see what's written on the engine the ignition coil and everything that has writing or marking on really.
Show us the rims (sometimes they give a good clue as well)
And if you can.. check a few bolts and "standard" parts for size,
are they metric or imperial?

I'll get some pics together in the next little bit, I work more than I would prefer these days, not much "me" time anymore. LoL

Ya, quite the road trip to pick it up and I wasn't going to bother at first but something kept drawing me to it and it was only fifty bucks. Factor in fuel and I'm in it for about 125 (cdn) plus time. The driving was nothing as I drive truck 13 a day, whats another 7 rounder in the Jeep.
