Think it's just the regular kart racing seat with one of a few different padded covers.

"Padded covers"??? Looks like it's just a piece of felt glued directly to a fiberglass buttcracker. Don't let the rounded edges of the seat fool you, that ain't the thickness of any "padding".

Might be a Chinese copy/clone but it looks like one of the older Tillett brand
