Wondered if anybody could give me a list of what to order from bmi to build my first go kart, wanting small as possible as needs to be transportable but keep in mind in 5' 3"

As far as I remember at least some of the members have had troubles with BMI orders in the past, incomplete shippings, damaged or wrong parts etc.
And IIRC it was a PITA to get that fixed, and being on the other side of that pond on your left will not help speeding things up I think, and returning items will be even worse....

Maybe it's a better idea to order from one of the UK shops out there;
especially because of the shipping fees ;)

You can have a look at http://www.zoomkarts.com/. They are UK based. I am not sure of prices, but you might find things work out cheaper not having to pay international shipping
