Any sheet metal/machinist guys know about Custom dies for Trumpf cnc punch???

Hey guys I know there are a few guys here working with the heavier metal hopefully someone familiar with this machine.

I want to make a custom embossing die. I can't for the life of me find out what the dimension for the Trumpf style punch dies, as in the basic uncut dimension.
We have a bunch of all different sizes shape, and people using it aren't really knowledgeable about the more specific points.

I can't really begin to design things when the basic parameters aren't easily found. I'm pretty sure there are companies building a custom die for themselves, but I can't find anything.

Not sure if it will help you but i used wilson tool for all my punches for my amada punch machine. If you give them a call i am sure they can help. I had punc and dies made from hand drawings as long as they are accurate.

I was thinking of using a urethane lower die and a top punch for the embossing.
After I saw the new mad max film, I saw a cool headliner in one of the vehicles.

This is what I'm trying to accomplish.
My buddy also want some of this on his hotrod he's building.

I didnt call them yet, but did talk to one of machineshop/R&D guys.
He said the Trumpf tooling is really kinda propriety to them, and expensive.
A urethane lower die is what I would need, Trumpf tooling won't alow it, so a mating pair would be needed in this one.

Our stripit machine might be a good contender. I'll have to look into more about that.

The stripit machine is good for many things. I miss having all the tooling available to me.
I did the programming for the punch machine so i was able to make anything i wanted. Stay after work and punch it out, deburr and bend in the brake. Lots easier having pem nuts available to install too.

I don't mind sitting grinding it out of a chunk of steel punch blank.
Stripit seams to be a better system, although I'm not totally familiar with both, not my work line.
