That is a Predator there is nothing to "convert" just hook up your cable to the existing factory provided throttle mounts.
Oh and loosen the Screw on top of the throttle to allow it to spring closed.
I usually add a secondary throttle return screw as well.

This is the paint I used on those wheels:



So I got the motor finally finished. Installed it, tested it, hated the constant surging as the governor tried to maintain the speed. It would do about 20mph. Thought about it for a while and decided to remove the governor. It wasn't that tough. LOTS of Youtube videos of the procedure. Getting the little clamp off the governor gear was the hardest thing. Now this thing will do at least 40mph! Actually a little scary. Told my son not to go full speed.
