Always wanted a go kart as a kid, and now that I'm older, my son wants to step up from a powerwheels to a go kart. Picked up this "rolling chassis" last weekend and am making lists for parts and NEW TOOLS!

Any help identifying /tips would be appreciated.

That’s a Manco so you have good bones to start with. But you have your work cut out for you. You’ll need a mig welder and I hope you step up to a 30 series TAV II CVT. Welcome! So what is the kid going to ride? :roflol: :welcome2::welcome2::welcome2:

Welder and probably a tubing bender. Looking into lengthening frame, definitely a live axle swap. Considering adding rear suspension.
Power-wise, either a 224 or the GX390 sitting next to the cart.

Son is 4, so he'll be riding with me for a while
