Another hub wheel question

Anybody know where to find a sleeve to adapt a front wheel to a rear wheel.
I want a 1&3/8 OD sleeve instead of bearings to weld on with a 3/4" bore keyed hub.
Or if anyone can help find 5" or 6" 3/4 bore keyed wheels that would be better. I can only find 1 at Surplus center .com and the wheel is too narrow.
