I can't believe I'm asking such a simple question, but we all forget sometimes. Apparently I haven't changed oil in a while and that occured to me just now while I changed a faulty ignition coil on my mom's mower xD. Anyway its a 6.5 tecumseh engine on a toro mower. If anyone can tell me if I over/under filled it, let me know. Also, I put a little less than 3/4 of the quart.

Sorry I forgot to mention that there seems to be some difficulty reading the oil level on the stick. When I poured it out in to a pan (don't worry ill be containing it. Lol) and there seemed to be barely any. And it was really dark black. The mowers engine was made in may of 2004 and it sat for years after it broke. Took a while to get it running but now I'm just uncertain. I read 15 oz should do. What are the effects of too much oil? Just a thought.

for oil change you should add about 500mls of oil after draining the old stuff. they take 570-ish but theres always a bit left in there after you drain it.

you can convert that to imperial cos i cbf haha
