Just out of curiosity I ordered one.

It appears identical to an arc rod, minus branding

No name on the bearings. Instructions are copy/paste from arc

Even if it works as well im not gonna buy another, not worth it to save 20$.
And I advise others to do the same.

Got a gx200 from a junked pressure washer , ill throw it in this weekend
and let yall know

Did ARC start outsourcing manufacturing to China? Once a company outsources manufacturing to China, a half dozen or so nearly identical products start to show up for cheaper. Something with trademark, copyright, and patent laws (or lack thereof).

Once given manufacturing specs, a product is fairly easy to replicate (steal).

I believe ARC is still manufactured here in the states. They probably just bought one and copied it. Even if the tolerances of the machine work ( ? ) are as close, there is always the question of the quality of the aluminum. I would venture to guess that those aren't real ARP bolts sticking out of the bottom. Wonder how long until we start seeing look alike no name flywheels.
