I'm days away from a finishing my cart. Now I'm curious bc i can not find anywhere to ride.
Does anyone know any tracks in the Tri-state area where I can bring my cart and drive. Its not a traditional racing cart, but this thing will be fast. If anyone can help that would be awesome.

p.s I'll be posting pictures once its done.
everything on this baby is brand new i got it from a junk yard
stripped the paint and everything to the bare frame. My dads body shop painted it and now I'm installing all brand new parts.

I'm excited !!:lolgoku:

yeah, part of the reason people come to this site is to see karts being BUILT, so they can get ideas. waiting till your kart is finished before letting us see anything is mildly annoying. lol.

Yeah google is a bust never answered my question about tracks just shows me sites of amusement parks with go karts. That's why I posted here to ask maybe someone actually new.

As for my cart I wasn't aware I'm suppose to be posting pictures every time I ask a question. It's hard to do that when your Internet source is your phone... Here you go

You don't need to post pics all the time. We just like to see pics. If you are asking a question about something it is usually easier to give an answer when we know what you are talking about.

If someone knows where you can ride they will post soon

That is what we would call a yard kart and u may find it hard to get a track to take u

Unsure about your area but they are usually obsesed with regulations that mean u need a race kart

Look into offload clubs or ride on back roads small quite streets
Just don't get caught

U have no idea whee u live but googling your location brings up a city with a river
Is there any open land along the river?

With that go kart they won't let you drive on the track. Going to an official off road track isn't the best either because I don't know about your state but in Washington to drive in official off road park you must have title and off road certificate. Your best bet is to find a empty area with lots of land, don't try go karting in public parks or public hiking spots

This site lists a bunch of tri-state area racekart tracks: http://www.kartfinder.com/us-kart-tracks-by-state.html
But fowler and ross were right, most racekart tracks have very strictly enforced safety rules that wouldn't allow your kart on the track, even on a practice day.

I'd suggest you post a wanted ad on your local craigslist seeking other guys with karts that have found a cool place to ride.
