The others have pointed out that this motor wouldn't work; here's why, so you'll have a better idea what you're looking at.
Description lists it as a 230V single phase electric motor; while DC motors are available in who knows just how many voltage configurations, a true DC only motor (as apposed to some universal motor designs) can not be run successfully on single or three phase AC current. The exact same can be said of strictly AC motors; they cannot be run on DC current
Universal motors are a special breed, but I've seen so few of them (I own exactly one, myself, and I've never tried to run it off DC) that I have almost no information on them....
