Have you driven it yet? It looks like its light on the fronts, might be hard to turn and it also might wheely easy.

240 seems on the heavy side, but you shouldn't have to worry about breaking it. Run it and find. out.
Whatch out that the engine doesn't bash the back of the seat when the suspension flexes. Or did I miss that in a prior post...

i was wheelin to day and the tav mount plate snaped
yall think i should use the northern jack shaft kit
is the 30 series 5/8 or 3/4
the tires were originally on the kart
dang i thought it was kinda light
