Great value for money, but you never know what you're getting. There are a few Chinese designed engines floating around that the performance industry just can't support, only have to look at the HF fiasco.

Darren, I don't get what you're saying about a " HF fiasco". The Predator line of engines is one of, if not the most modified small engine in the United States.
Hop up parts and easily found and extremely plentiful.

I'm referring to the Harbor Freight 224 engine, they changed the Supplier of the Hemi design engine, this is not supported by any of the aftermarket performance engine shops, the new hemi has a short stroke and a bigger piston to get 224, ARC have stated that it will not support the engine. I think it's made by LIFAN?
In the UK, we still have the JCB DUCAR engine, everything fits this one

And another. "Ships from the United Snakes" didn't escape my attention... $62.89

Not everyone cares about "hopping up" nor are they loyal to ROTADERP so gentlemen please move your purse swinging to another thread.
In fact I'd love to see a thread about engine changes and resulting non-support from performance parts makers and/or compatibility non-compatibility issues.

Recoil says 160cc, add says 200cc

Wonder if it is really a gx160 , 5.5hp clone?

Bit smoother running with the shorter stroke, nice sometimes.
Less vibration at the handlebars.

They are. Just checking if your still paying attention.

*You are or you're. Honestly, maybe if we stopped using contractions and started talking like Worf and Data everything would be copacetic. 🏖️😁

And you just don't get it, you keep it copacetic
And you learn to accept it, you know you're so pathetic

Great value for money, but you never know what you're getting.

I have since seen a few reviews. They are slightly below Predator quality but acceptable. I think you have to watch out for the specifications as the PTO shaft is usually 20mm which is a hair over 3/4" or 19.05mm. There are 20mm-bore centrifugal clutches available. . . . .

I bought one this evening. A fake Chonda like in the first post and just for the purty colors. 🤩 I will let you all know how it is, what it's like and do a mini review when it arrives.

I know it has a 20mm crankshaft-PTO so will stick a measuring caliper on it to confirm and find a 20mm bore clutch. It's for a kart refurb and to get it out the door finally. Rotaderps are too valuable...😁

take off 1m&m.
But I’m keeping all my m&ms and saving my raisins for Sunday.

Cars and cameras just did a video with one of these. 713 CC for $699. That's less than a dollar per CC.

Don’t count unless it was from Aliexpress, like real bottom basement stuff. But I bet they they have done something similar along with the "build a kart from HF stuff" just like everyone else has.
