Air inlet on rim is busted, what to do?

The air inlet/valve stem on the rim is torn... is there a way to fix it? I can't pump up the tire w/out that piece.

Ok, so I found out i can just replace the stem, now the question, how do I find out what size i need?

They're 16x6.5-8 tires...

i'm guessing they are tubeless, as far as i know, they are all the same size as far as fitting the rim. they have longer ones, 90* ones, 45* ones, chrome ones. tire shops, auto parts shops.
