While restoring this Black Widow go-kart, I ran into this broken line. Seems like I’ll have to replace the entire air filter, right? Or is there some way to repair it?

That's no air filter. It's a vent line and vent valve.

"that's no lady, that's my wife"
Very poor choice of words (on my end)…

Not visible in the picture, but the vent line leads into the air filter. Unfortunately, it’s attached in a seemingly unbreakable way.
What’s my next action to fixing it? I can provide some more pictures if I’m not being clear enough.

Stationary engines now have to comply with emissions, one being fuel vapour, some newer engines breathe fuel vapour through a charcol cannister.
Blow through the broken tank vent to see if the fuel cap is vented, if not drill a 2mm hole in the centre and block off the breather pipe to the air filter. Block off the vent in the petrol tank
Super glue doesn't like petrol and will just break again, looks like the vent has become sun damaged and brittle.
Alternatively jb weld the broken piece and be liberal with it, you may need to put it on in a couple of layers, or you could try jb weld putty.
