Does anyone know anything about these motors? would it work in and Off Road Murray Kilowatt?

Yeah, that AGK engine would work great in yer Murray. Its pricey, but has quite a few goodies so it would probably hold up to 6000+rpm riding for quite awhile.

You'd just have to order your header/air cleaner separately, and it comes with a stock flywheel and rod.
Its also set up for a remote fuel tank so that might be an issue for ya... But these yellow Dupor-brand engines that Arc sells are known (by most kart-racers) to be a higher quality copy of the honda GX200 than the blue ones that AGK and Harbor Freight sold.
