huh? you answered your own questions :mad2:

but yeah he is now using a actual oil pump+evac pump, and once the motor is built he will run higher PSI

i asked the questions, then went and saw the video, decided to post the answers in my post through edit. i'm thinking he should keep his primary exhaust pipe small to get the speed out of the gases. on the bikes (yamaha turbo) they had a collector that ran 4 into 2, into 1. all to get an even pulse on the turbo. it ran 12psi? and you could add a washer to the end of the wastegate pipe to increase the boost pressure. you may be able to get more by running a d-port to the mouth of the turbo. by closing down the exit side of the pipe, you would increase pressure and funnel the 'fuel' right to the proper side of the turbine wheel.

blown turbo seals? the turbos i've seen have no seals as such. when they spin, they create their own seals via air. i thought it was kinda crazy, but then for the longest time, i couldn't understand how a jet engine worked

nope, never heard of that. what exactly does that mean? what was lemega's turbo rated for though? the one on the bike was rated for 240krpm.

read lemegacool's thread he blew his seals which caused oil starvation which killed his turbo

actually it was the vacuum pumping the oil out of the cartidge, plus the fact that my oil wasnt cooled or filtered D'OH!!!!!!

the acual seals are fine in my turbo, only the journal bearings and my comp wheel sustained damage...

yes there is either a carbon or dynamic seal on the compressor end and a piston ring seal on the turbine side
