Advice on brand of go cart

My son got this go cart given to him just wondering if anyone knows the brand it is?
The engine is a two stroke and has a transmission not sure how many gears it has though?

I'm no expert but it kinda looks home built to me or someone did some major modifying to fit that motor. Not sure of any go carts that came with a big ole 2 stroke engines.

I found these numbers on the go cart engine 3x300 123cm3 anyone know what these mean?
the only thing I found is it could be a 125

yeah, I was thinking it would be a 100 or 125cc

Changed out the fluid in the tranny,got the gas cable working,the brakes working,cleaned out the gas tank,cleaned the spark plug.
Tried starting it and it wont fire,took off the crankcase and there was water blew it all out with the compressor sprayed electrical cleaner now waiting for it to dry.
