Adjust parking brake Kasea LM150

I’ve let out the cable at the handle and at the brake but cannot get it tight enough to hold the kart in place.

Is there an adjustment I’m missing?

The parking brake gets adjusted the same way a standard disc brake caliper gets adjusted. Loosen the lock nut on the long bolt the run the bolt in until the pad touches the rotor. Tighten the lock nut.
