i got another technical question about the charging system i installed on the cart. in the picture, it shows the 2 flywheels, 1 having 3 magnets, which is the one that came with the stator, the other having 5. wouldn't the number of magnets create a larger charging system for the engine. i know for briggs, the magnets play a role in some of the charging systems they have.

Yup- As a matter of fact on the large Briggs twins there are charging systems with 3 different capacities. They ALL use the same alternator (stator) and the only difference is the magnet size on the flywheel. To upgrade the charging system, you change flywheels...
