Gas is $3-$3.20 depending on the place. Loaf of bread can be $1 to $4 depending on brand.

I have never had any issues driving offroad vehicles on the road, you just need to show safety and control. I have done burnouts, donuts etc. in my mustang with no problems in front of neighbors.

It is illegal, but most cops will be easy on you unless you are being reckless and dumb. I got caught doing donuts in the snow in a walmart parking lot, and the cop informed me he could take my license for reckless driving, but he just told me not to do it again and go home. ( It was christmas eve at 11pm and no one was around,so i wasnt really hurting anyone)

Oil prices per barrel are the same price world wide. Your government taxes is why it cost so much. I am sure shipping and the cost of making gas has some to so with it as well.

was a time, we could have asked y'all why you get our medicines so much cheaper than we do...we (consumers worldwide) all get played, and the reasons aren't always clear except for the corporate-greed part. right now, we get cheap gas because we (over)spend so much on everything else that depends on gas, including our recreational vehicles...but don't worry because that can't last much longer, we'll be paying out the nose soon enough.

let's talk about something that really matters to the economy...i can get a pint of draft "beer" most places for 2 to 3 USD, or about 3 beers per hour at minimum wage. i use quotations because i don't think it's what you'd consider beer in Belgium, heh.

and when i'm tired of beer, i can get a 40oz PBR for under $3.

Probably because we have large amounts of crude oil inside our borders and have built up industry to refine it. Our biggest export is fuel.

There has only been one refinery built in the USA since 1970. Why? We may have lots of oil but they will not let you drill unless it's private land. EPA and government regulations and the tax is why fuel is so hi. IMO

Same with coal. Now they will not even let us export that killing even more jobs. Obama has already said we need to be weened off oil and fuel prices should be on par with over seas. Great....

We will be taxed so bad we will be forced to buy chevy volts and volts only watch. You already get $2000 from taxpayers to buy a volt. So they way I see it is buy a volt or be taxed.

Just anagine what cars and trucks will be like with Obama's 55mpg mandate by 2025? See ya sports cars and hello chevy volts. Just another choice we will no longer have.

How much does a liter normal gasoline cost there? (Or gallon)
What's the price for a loaf of normal bread?

Over here we pay about 1.04 euro for a litre of petrol, and about 0.67 for a loaf of bread

There must be a different in our wages. Maybe we in Europe earn much more than people in the USA? Maybe that clears up why we can still buy the stuff as much as you can?

really we are looking at $2 for coke (1.6 euro)
and $4 for bread (3.3 euro)

but our fuel price is about $1.37 p/lt (1.1euro)

It looks to me like there are some things that are cheaper in some countries but other things are more expensive.

Anyone coming here to SA will have loads of money to spend though. Our exchange rate sucks. We are R10.20 (Rand) to 1 euro, and R8.29 to $1. We are also about R8.04 to the Ausie $

Niose bylaws tend to be regional- which is to say that some jurisdictions bay be more strict than others. As a general statement, you can pretty much make noise whenever you like throughout the week. Sometimes there are acceptable hours, sometimes it's just a matter of whether someone complains.

Nope, we can't here. People can't mow the lawn, work with a weedeather, hack saw, etc... No noise it allowed.

I am getting crazy because of this... seriously. I would love to work on my gokart in the weekend, but I can only do this on Saturday.

Throughout the week, you can make noise till 10pm.

There is no laws on this here (that i know of) but most people have consideration for there neighbours

So no noise after 6pm or before 7am or on Sunday

Stick to those rules and people don't mind of u break then every now and again
